Providing your order has not yet been shipped from us, we can cancel and refund your order with no issue. However if you request to cancel once we have dispatched the goods, you will have to wait until they arrive and request a return with returns@handleexperts.co.uk

We currently ship to the United Kingdom on our website. However, to enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

We charge the below rates for shipping:

• Order value over £100.01 plus VAT = Free of charge
• Order value under or equal to £100.00 plus VAT = £3.00 + VAT

We aim for all goods (excluding selected products please see below) to be dispatched within 3 working days, however we will always try to better this time. Orders should be delivered between 1-3 working days dependant on the service the order is shipped.

Selected products: Due to the production methods of some of the items on our site we are unable to offer our usual guarantee on all items. Many items can be dispatched from us within 3 days, on the occasions that our supplier may need an extended period for production they endeavour that it will reach us in a maximum 21 days, if you have a specific deadline for delivery please give us a call on +44 (0)1376 557 557 and we can investigate prior to order.

Please request a returns number prior to sending back to us, within 14 days of delivery by emailing returns@handleexperts.co.uk

The return window is 28 days from delivery date. It is the customers responsibility to return goods at their own cost, clearly marked with the Returns Number supplied by our returns team.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).Refunds also will be done against the cost of the goods ordered and not the carriage charge for the original delivery.
